Our services

OGO Kite Academy provides kitesurfing lessons and courses in Cyprus and organises kite safaris and trips. The services are provided by Denis Udovenko as a private instructor.

Booking and payment

A request sent through the website is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. The date, time, location, programme, and price are agreed only when OGO Kite Academy confirms them in writing.

Prepayment may be required to confirm a booking. The amount and payment method will be agreed directly with the client before payment.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and weather

Kitesurfing depends on suitable wind and weather. If conditions are not safe or useful for learning, a lesson may be rescheduled.

Specific cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are agreed directly with the client when the booking is confirmed. Kite safaris and trips may have separate terms, which will be shared before payment.

Safety and health

Kitesurfing is an active sport with inherent risk of injury. Students must follow the instructor's guidance, use the safety equipment provided, and avoid any action the instructor considers unsafe.

Before a lesson, students must disclose any health condition, injury, limitation, or medication that could affect safety.

The instructor may pause or stop a lesson when weather, student behaviour, health, equipment, or any other circumstance creates a safety concern.

Website information

We try to keep website information accurate. Actual schedules, lesson locations, and arrangements can change because of wind, weather, or operational circumstances. If information differs, the details confirmed directly with the client apply.

Site content

Text, photographs, videos, logos, and other original site content belong to OGO Kite Academy or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The parties will first try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith.
